Bringing the essence of a Greek taverna to happening Redfern in Sydney, Olympus Dining is inspired by the Mediterranean nation’s warm and convivial focus on communal dining.
The latest brainchild of Jonathan Barthelmess, who has once again collaborated with George Livissianis to bring the space to life, it offers a tempting a la carte menu that features mouthwatering classic mezedes and souvlaki, as well as highlights such as Kalamari tis Skaras (grilled calamari) and Htapodi tis Skaras (grilled octopus), Arnaki (milk fed lamb) and Lamb Brains Tiganita.
Enjoy a delightfully authentic Greek experience under the massive tree that forms the centrepiece of the elegant space.
